1. Agreement

By using CalmerFlow, you agree to these terms. CalmerFlow is operated by Novansa OÜ. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. The service

CalmerFlow provides a task management application accessible via web and mobile. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service with reasonable notice.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 16 years old to use CalmerFlow.

4. Your data

You retain ownership of all content you create in CalmerFlow. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your tasks, boards, or attachments. You can export or delete your data at any time.

5. Payments and refunds

Paid plans are billed in advance. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time and will remain active until the end of the billing period. Annual and lifetime plans are non-refundable after 30 days of purchase.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Upload malicious content or code

7. Limitation of liability

CalmerFlow is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the service.
