About CalmerFlow

The origin story

CalmerFlow started as a personal project. Like many people, we’d tried every task management app on the market — the big ones, the small ones, the ones with 200-page documentation. They were all powerful. They were all flexible. And they all left us spending more time organising tasks than completing them.

So we built the opposite: an app with strong defaults, automatic prioritisation, and deliberate constraints. No custom fields, no workflow builder, no integrations marketplace. Just tasks, boards, and focus.

What we believe

We believe that the best productivity tool is the one you don’t think about. It should surface what matters, get out of the way, and let you do the work. Configuration is the enemy of flow.

We also believe in honest business. CalmerFlow is funded by the people who use it — not by advertising, not by selling data, and not by venture capital with strings attached. Our incentives are aligned: we do well when you get things done.
